OHOTMU Sightings Outside the Handbooks

For those who came in late, there's been two versions of this thread, the newer version of which (created by me Aug 10, 2011, 08:32 pm) is regularly updated with stats at the top of the first post, a la the Master List thread. Unlike the Master List, this list is for books that aren't actually Handbooks but which have Handbook like entries. As this list is regularly updated, the first post is the historical first post from Comixfan, and then subsequent posts will have more historical text from Comixfan. UPDATE December 17 2013: Due to the number of entire Handbooks or Handbook-like books that are including entirely within a trade, those will only now be listed by collection. However, if I have previously listed a collection, it is grandfathered into the list below. However, all such titles are now at the bottom of this list.
