OHOTMU Master List Part 1 1-D

For those who came in late: This thread, started on Sep 16, 2011, 09:30 pm on the Comixfan site is one of the cornerstones of Who Watches the Watchers. It is the second incarnation of this list, designed to catalogue every character who every had an entry in a Handbook or Handbook-like resource.
